To reach the village of La Fouly, we must go up the Rhone river from the Mediterranean Sea, cross Lake Geneva, then follow the course of the Dranse river up to the Val Ferret.
It is there, at the foot of the Mount Dolent(3820m) whose summit marks the border between France, Italy and Switzerland, that the magnificent circus of la Neuvaz mountain opens. La Fouly lies in it, protected by this majestic surrounding.
